Our Programmes

LilyAnne’s Wellbeing, we believe that mental health support should be accessible, stigma-free, and rooted in community connection. Our programmes are designed to provide practical, emotional, and social support for anyone aged 16+ in Hartlepool and the surrounding area.

 

Whether you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling isolated, or just need a safe place to talk, our team is here for you.

Creative & Social Activities

We believe creativity helps healing. Alongside coffee mornings, we run:

 

  • Arts & crafts groups

  • Knitting and cross-stitch sessions

  • Board games and social evenings

Suicide Prevention & Crisis Outreach

We actively reach out to people who might otherwise slip through the cracks. This includes evening and community outreach in places like beaches and nightlife areas.

 

  • Raising awareness of mental health resources

  • Direct crisis support when it matters most

  • Ensuring nobody faces crisis alone

Wellbeing Response Unit

Our mobile response team is available to provide immediate support for people in crisis, especially in the community and night-time economy.

 

  • On-the-ground emotional support

  • Crisis de-escalation

  • Guidance and connection to ongoing help

Peer Support & Lived Experience

Many of our team members bring lived experience of mental health challenges. This makes our peer support authentic, understanding, and reassuring.

 

  • Connect with people who “get it”

  • Share experiences and coping strategies

  • Build confidence in a safe community

Coffee Mornings

Every weekday morning, join us for a relaxed coffee session. These mornings are designed to reduce loneliness and create community connections.

 

  • Friendly, informal meet-ups

  • Peer support in a comfortable setting

  • Themed activities like arts, crafts, and knitting groups

Counselling Service

We offer free, accredited counselling tailored to your needs. This includes:

 

  • One-to-one counselling with qualified professionals

  • Group sessions and peer support

  • Trauma-informed, inclusive care for both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals

Support on the High Street

Our central hub on York Road offers walk-in support with no appointment needed. This is your safe space to drop in for a chat, receive immediate emotional support, and explore the next steps for your wellbeing.
